It was around 2007 that I looked into the subject and my impression was that everybody was advocating to become more alkaline. To make a long story short I had to go off CZ to find other information.
Read up on Dr.Kelley and found out that some people are more alkaline and other acidic.
So things like Alkaline Water would be bad for me.
I also read it is important to know which body type you are since some cancers occur more in alkaline people and other ones in an acidic body.

So what we might need is a seperate forum may be where acidic people can have a voice too, because I certainly did not feel welcome on the alkaline/acidic forum.
