I've seen this on Sky News before and it IS chemtrail conditioning! I will keep my eyes on BBC from now on. What I will say is make sure you dont watch the screen when theres flashing moments. The problem is they use all these fancy effects now all the time. People think its great and its technology but its for a purpose with most of it.

Channel 4 has for a long time done chemtrail conditioning with one of its logo screens with chemtrails everywhere. I know BBC like to show chemtrails in reality especially with programs like Top Gear. What happens over a period of time and especially generations is they end up thinking these skies are how they've always been. Sad ;(
