if you read the description, the word *balance* appears...

same thing in the title of the *Ask Moreless* forum.

So... I would say the *theories* that promote *acid and alkaline balance* are the best. They are the one's that work.

As simple as that may sound... it is not as simple as using something like ACV and baking soda, though that can act as a powerful, more natural *medicine* if needed.

There are many different nutritional acid compounds, elements and minerals, that react with many different nutritional alkaline compounds, elements and minerals within a living organism.
