Thank you for sharing all of this. For the post 1.5 years I've been struggling with a severe case of brian fog. Which included anxiety and a fear of connecting with people. My general practitioner gave me the book The UltraMind Solution, which, let me to my nutritionist. Two weeks ago, in March of 2011 I had another Comprehensive Metabolic Profile test done and it showed me all of the things you've written about. Since then I've been taking Amino Acids and Arginine.
