Just sharing my own experience with these GB attacks. 2Tbsp of Epsom Salt in warm water with some juice for flavor has always brought me immediate relief, usually within 15-30 min. The soreness in the liver may remain the next day but the horrible GB pain goes away fast with the epsom and gets plenty of stones/sludge/sediment out as well.
