Today, April 1st, marks my 40th day of my 40-Day water fast.

To those who've given me feedback and support, I thank you. the last few days have been a bit grueling, but I reached my goal of 40 days, and achieved my personal objective.

To those who are in the middle of a fast, I wish you well. If I can do it, you can too. Staying focused on the purpose of your fast will help carry you through.
