As far as little testimonies go, the past half a day as I've been working the dead candida through my intestines... which has been causing lots of gas and fermentation which I assume is what's causing all the abdominal pain... I'll do the hand reflexology on the colon points and I can literally feel within seconds gurgling and popping and movement in my guts... and immediate relief.. pretty amazing..
