...and a fantastic report! Your updates are truly inspired; your writing style and 'way with words' already has me looking forward to your next update.

Tip: for all kinds of 'packs & poultices' (and enemas, and, and, and...) - here's my best friend:

I cannot begin to tell you how many hours (days worth!) of 'cleaning up'(and discomfort? weeks/months worth!) these treasures have saved me. The best price for the best quality I've ever found are these: http://www.mednetdirect.com/Puppy-Training-Pads-Pet-Care-s/390.htm
(and free shipping, too!)

Commonly known as "chux", blue bed pads, or puppy training pads, they're absorbent on one side and waterproof on the other. When doing enemas, put the absorbent side 'up'.

When doing 'packs n' poultices' put the waterproof side atop the castor oil cloth or wet poultice that's on your skin (folding the chux so it 'hangs over' the pack or poultice). Then get something like one of these:

//www.curezone.org/upload/_N_Forums/Natural_Heali/backsupport2.jpg

(typically sold as elastic/velcro "back support" or "abdominal binder")...and wrap yourself up like a burrito and go to sleep (or carry on throughout the day). No slipping, no sliding, no pins or bulky towels - just a nice secure pack and no worries.

You could also try a wriggling into a t-shirt that's way too small to hold it in place, but that could be messy and/or uncomfortable. Spandex clothing is sometimes a very viable option.

Yep, as you found out, the castor oil cloth should be 'wrung out' and drip-free before applying it.

The IP - treating the ENTIRE body together like it should be treated yields wonders like this >>>Despite this massive worm killing, I didn't experience any strong die-off at all today. (If I had killed this many worms at once two months ago, I would be screaming at my wife and contemplating suicide.) Good job, IP.<<<

Blessings of power & accomplishment!
