Hi

I have been doing a few Liver Flushes lately with olive oil , lemon juice and garlic (I react badly to ginger so I leave this out). I am going to experiment a little (when I have some spare cash) and am going to switch the olive oil to a combo of coconut oil and pumpkin oil since they both have a strong anti-parasitical and anti candida effect, and keep the lemon juice and garlic. It will no doubt taste disgusting but hey as long as the critters dont like it who cares. Probably wont be able to afford the ingredients for a couple of weeks, does anyone fancy giving it a whirl in the meantime? Go on you know you want to!!
