i just want to cleanse my liver, is there anyway to avoid all this mumbo jumbo about repressed anger and whatevers? i have enough to worry about, i don't want to go off on some psychodelic trip or anything..especially of repressed anger and rage.i think all that Epsom Salts and the olive oil just makes people feel really sick and then they freak out and have bizzare thoughts and what not..weird, i can totally do without those..i just want my liver cleansed ...
