More and more I see people at this forum caught up in the Glamor of Fasting, rather than having a Purpose and logical Aftermath.
I'm on a short fast now to relieve my Back Pain. I'll be going to a family reunion on Sunday (3 days from now), and must eat then or everyone 'freaks out'. One of these days I'm just going to let them.....WY
