Yes, I'm pretty sure I have Candida. Any less IF1's is zero IF1's though unless I make sone without garlic. I think that lowering my triphalla was the wrong move. Maybe it would have been better to just let my stool be a little loose. They were kinda explosive and hurt a little though, so I thought it was time to back off. Oh well.

So, I'm pooping now but it's not easy poops and they seem kinda sticky and are sorta flat in some areas. I'm seeing food in my stool that I hadn't been seeing.
