Hi! This is a pretty old post. Are you wondering what size the megadoses of c I was on with Dr. Lam? I took up to 7,000mg. At this point I think that 2,000 is a safe number for most people. Personally I don't suggest going above that for any length of time. I believe that I created a huge toxic burden of oxalic acid for my body to deal with.
