Hi Dr Lam

In the past you have mentioned that with advanced adrenal fatigue vit c can actually make symptoms worse especially anxiety. You also mentioned that this was due to the body not being able to clear the vit c due to blockages would that be correct? and if so is this primarily due to a congested liver?
