For every 1 gram you put in water, put .5 of sodium bicarbonate to it. so,2 grams of ascorbic acid powder, you put 1 gram of baking soda or arm and hammer. tastes like 7 up right away without the sweetness or lime flavor. no acidic taste. it does well for me, it does not have the bloated feeling of just taking ascorbic acid powder i experienced. hope this works for you!
