I am of the school of 'less is more', and have only ever put a drop of urine undr my tongue--though I'm always meaning to be more homeopathic about it, and potentize it. Nevertheless, that one drop does wonders. If you try it, ( and one drop can hardly be 'too much', remember not to eat or brush teeth etc. for about 20 minutes. This morning I felt very run down and had a sore throat and tender ear--these are things that only ever arise thse days when I'm under enoromous stress--Japan concerns lately constitutes that stressed reaction.

I took 'a drop of the drink' this morning and though I am very tired tonight, and it is a bone-deep tiredness- there's not a trace of the sore throat/ear. I suddenly remembered the uropathy. The body is at work, balancing.
