What did you think about the E.Coli thing helping with the motility? What is "SHAPES"? No one has suggested 5 HTP. I have taken it before for a short time but noticed that it interfered with my sleep. It made me not sleep very soundly. Yes the gastro said the same but you would think the magnesium will help with that. I wish to try the E. Coli thing. Again, I am currently seeing an ND and hoping to get somewhere with them.
