according to Dr. Michael Gray; there is only one method that works for washing clothing. This includes 2 tablespoons of Nizoral shampoo (available at many pharmacies and grocery stores) which contains 1% Keticonazole, 1 cup of borax, and 1 dose of regular laundry detergent to each laundry load.
