Hi,

As long as I don't get "very" loose bowels, I seem to be fine without magnesium. I took Mg for many years, but it really seemed like I was taking it for nothing for a long time, and this program made me realize that I didn't really need it after all. I really do believe I'll be just fine without Mg, and the more I stay on this healing plan, the better off I'll be.

I have 3 big boxes of supplements that I haven't touched in months that are going to the dumpster sooner or later. Uny has all the answers I need to nourish my body. I don't need all that garbage. I'm done eating ground up shells and rocks and synthesized isolated substances.

Time for my morning fresh juice with superfoods and organic herbs.
