i am pretty sure these pimples are caused by demodex mites

they remain dormant and hibernate in cysts until
i high dose with SSKI

then they make itchy bumps like a mosquito bite, die off and start to itch

the only symptom i've noticed correlating with consumption of gluten is itching shins
