Two years and seven months liver flushing (120) with no breaks! distilled water, celtic sea salt, organic olive oil, organic foods as much as possible, amino acids, liver gallbladder balance for over six months, lots of veggies and protein, omega oils, olive leaf extract, other things as I felt I needed them. But I never stopped the distilled water, celtic sea salt, olive oil, liver flushing and working to clean my environment.
