When moving from job to job, you are usually asked by an employer, 'Why are you leaving your current job'.
Can someone please give me some good answers for this. i plan to relocate to another state from my job. There is too much infighting, I'm unhappy and have grown weary with being there. I would like to stay with the company though.

Should I lie and say, 'My grandmother lives in xyz town, I'm going to live with her, and this is why I'm moving.'

Will it hurt my chances of getting the relocation if I come out and tell them, 'There is too much infighting going on and I would like to move on'. ?
