First, the *always remember*...as Dr. Schulze said "Herbs are the roof on the house!" (something that Dr. Christopher said in various ways consistently throughout his life).

I can't repeat this often enough (even though I repeat it quite often)...for three reasons.

--I want to be sure everyone has the knowledge it takes to heal themselves, so they CAN heal themselves.

--I do not want to be a part of (nor support) the scamming-racket of those that sell herbs without informing people that it's not the herbs that do the healing, it's the BODY that does the healing...the herbs are merely a very strong & very specific support to the process.

--FAR too often, we hear & see..."I tried BF&C (or another herb), but it doesn't work." Of course it works, but it doesn't work if it's not 'taken as prescribed'.

Basically (talking houses), if the foundation is correct and the walls are straight and sturdy, then a good, solid 'quality roof' will always be effective. But if the foundation is not solid (the colon isn't cleansed and functioning properly/naturally and the body is getting/assimilating enough nutrition) and the walls are crooked & wobbly (the liver & kidneys are weak, congested, malfunctioning; there are pharmaceuticals, otcs & supplements that force the body out of it's natural balance - ensuring it's own healing schematics can't even be accessed, let alone utilized), the roof isn't likely to work sufficiently...no matter what it's quality or how much we take.

When it comes to healing anything 'long standing' (or even 'current standing'), the body has a very solid set of priorities, and we need to respect those priorities (and work with them, rather than against them).

First, we MUST stop doing and ingesting whatever compromises the body...or causes it extra work to process. When we ingest unnatural supplements, things like meat & dairy and plow our body with poison electro-frequencies. the *body* must use it's energy to rebalance it's various levels (supplements); go through the energy-sucking process of separating 'fiberless sludge' from the second-hand nutrition ofmeat & dairy (and then remove the resulting sludge), and in the case of EMFs, the electrical disruption can be so severe that the body can only 'quiver through it' (we certainly can't expect the body to actually HEAL itself while we're shocking it with a cattle prod!)

The body needs adequate fuel to run on (something virtually no one gets) and then it needs to be able to detoxify itself adequately (something that's not happening when the colon, liver & kidneys are congested or compromised), and it has to keep the blood at a consistent 7.35 pH (.5 to 1 point higher or lower and we die). It's because the body didn't have these basic essentials that when damage was done initially, our body couldn't heal & restore itself.

The body cannot and will not prioritize healing of current or 'long-standing issues' when it must be running on overdrive 24/7 just to keep itself alive and from degrading further...while running 24/7 with major organs/systems that are extremely congested & compromised.

Virtually ALL of the wonderful 'miracle stories' we read from these great healers are always accompanied by phrases like "he used BF&C as part of the full program". LBB (typically for years, because he didn't have an "IF#2" that would get the job done in just a few months of steady cleansing); and his various 3-day cleanse protocols...along with whatever specific herb/combination was necessary for specific issues, or in the case of severe issues...the full IP.

Will BF&C work without cleansing & restoring the basic systems in the body that are the foundation of life & health? It's possible. Some roofs will work even when the foundation is crumbling and the walls are caving in. But when the foundation is crumbling & the walls are caving SO much that we actually have strong & debilitating symptoms of organ/system malfunctions, it's quite a stretch to think we're working 'with' the body/house if we keep trying to patch & mend the roof (or heal 'Bones, Flesh & Cartilage') before restoring the organs/systems that are the very foundation of life & health...that are responsible for utilizing the BF&C.

Please don't think I'm trying to convince you to not utilize BF&C. If you want to try it, there's no reason you can't...and y'all may see/get some benefit (maybe substantial). I've seen (personally and from others I've helped) the results of 'using BF&C' and the results of 'using BF&C as part of the program' (as it was intended)...and the difference is like the difference between gold-tinted electro-plate and solid 24 ct gold. And I want everybody to have the 24 ct. solid gold! :)

'Glad to hear you're doing so beautifully with the IF#1. The amount of dried up garlic powder in each capsule can't amount to much more than about the 1/4 (or less) the size of a pencil eraser, so I didn't think it would give you any problems. The synergy of the herbs and their action can cause a bit of gas, cramping and 'urpy burpy' even without the garlic (because of the way it stimulates peristalsis, which loosens up decades worth of putrefying crud, which causes/releases gas). So if you're feeling some 'urpy burpy', then you know it's working like it's supposed to work!
