Hi all,

I did Hulda Clark 's Liver Flush last week....It was very hard on my kidneys.

The day after the flush, I started having lower back pain....the rest of the week developed some slight swelling in feet and hands. Shortness of breath.

My urine is very pale.

I have been trying to stay hydrated...vit c....selenium. Fresh Watermelon juice, Dmannose......I did drink a couple big swigs of my morning urine, midstream.

I am also mercury toxic.

I am wondering if urine therapy would help restore kidney function and prevent further damage?
