I didn't want to go the manual route (going in myself) and would rather have someone else do it if possible.

Is there anything that will loosen, break up, and soften the existing stool from the inside out?

I'm not eating much, but still haven't been able to pass very much. I feel the urge to go, but nothing shall pass, other than the aforementioned paper thin stools.

It feels like whatever is in there is stuck at the last bend in the intestines.
