Sorry, but you are doing it wrong.

Do not drink all of your urine,

Do clean your bowels first (using urine enemas),

Correct your diet,

Do short fasts once a week, then a long one(on urine),and use enemas to clean colon at the same time. Boil your midstream urine to 1/4 and apply to your thyroid.

Do forgive me forgive me for too much "do`s", I`m not in a good shape myself. English is not my first language, besides - lack of time!
