I was thinking maybe it was the peanut oil, so two days later I tried the sesame oil and had an even worse reaction on my neck (bright red, extremely itchy, blotchy). It itches so much that it hurts.

I've been reading online about the 'healing crisis' and how some people get rashes through this. But I honestly don't know if I can push through this pain to keep up with the oil pulling :(
