I have already done all of those items and have had no lasting improvements. Just an FYI, I was diagnosed with a fatty liver when I was 18. I have not had a test since that had stated a problem. However, I have taken large doses of milk thistle as well as other bitter herbs for cleansing. I typically cleanse at least twice a year. That is until the cleanses irritate my colon and cause swelling. I have unfortunately not been able to cleanse this winter and an scared to this spring.
