I agree with Natalia88 that you should get some testing done. Another thing you want to be tested for is heavy metals. As the yeast die they can release metals into the body. Environmental factors, health and beauty products, water and food can contribute to metals in the body. Candida chelates or binds to metals so that they can't be released from the body. So when you kill the yeast the metals are finally released. This can create high amounts of these toxic metals that can create that spacey, anxious feeling and even itchiness and other symptoms that feel like candida. Heavy metals travel through your blood and into your brain causing all kinds of issues with concentration, mood, hormones, you name it.

I've been able to control my candida with years of work and help from different practitioners. I highly recommend you seek out a health professional who specializes in this --believe me, I know how hard this is. So here are some suggestions; look on the bodyecology.com website in the section under body ecology coaches for one in your area. Another thing that helped me was in working with a kinesthesiologist (muscle testing). There are some chiropractors who do this and use Standard Process supplements to help correct imbalances. My kinesthesiologist was able to help me figure out where the problems in my body were, what foods to stay away from and which supplements my body needed. So you can email Standard Process and ask them for a list of people in your area who sell their products. This is a good way to figure out who does the muscle testing.

I also used acupuncture and found that to be helpful. I did everything i could because my health was suffering so much. There are also lots of supplements you can use to support you and I highly recommend the Body Ecology Diet, although I suggest getting help from someone to make sure you're doing it correctly.
