Thanks for your feedback. Your comments, like Mighty.Sun.Tzu, reflects Shelton's, which I had forgotten.

As I replied this morning to Mighty.Sun.Tzu's comments, this morning I found the lump in my throat to have dissipated. This, I'm sure, was merely thirst.

It's interesting that you noted passing almond looking objects (parasites) on your 29-day fast. Two years ago during my 30-day fast, I too, passed similar objects. At the time, and still now, I have no idea what they were. During this 40-day fast, however, I have had no such experience; with the exception of dark long stringy gooey matter that I passed twice around day 7 and again around day 14.

All very interesting, and bizarre.
