Yeah, the infamous blue man Paul Karason was given a clean bill of health after a complete physical at Mt. Sinai Hospital - though you don't hear the maim-stream media talk about that.  Actually, I have yet to find one single instance of properly made and properly administered colloidal silver causing anyone to turn the slightest bit blue.  Karason made it at home with tap water, added salt to it and then proceeded to drink quarts of it daily for over a year.  And he rubbed it into his skin regularly. 

Literally millions of people all over the world regularly take colloidal silver (or more accurately, take a mostly ionic silver solution called colloidal silver in most instances).  Where are all the tribes of smurffs?
