Well, I can't get DMPS,DMSA so I've used ALA but I want to get even better results, hence IP-6, as it might have positive effects on the liver regarding "rust".
Then I read about Lugol, but I doubt I'm gonna try it cause my mum tried iodine/iodide supplements for her thyroid/goiter without any good results.

Regarding SeMSC, well I couldn't decide which one is better, Selenomethionine or SeMSC, as I'm not sure about their bioavailability. But then I read a Newport's post about SeMSC that it's better when taken with IP-6.

I take vit C, E, Mg, B comp and just ordered flax oil as well.
