i'll have to leave it to you to play watchdog -- this looked to me like it might be a good intro for some newer members who don't know where to go after the water fast, vis a vis food...and are new to NH. I'm thinking esp. people who are looking for "recipes".

edit--what I mean is, I didn't intend the post to sound like the last word in how to eat...just one word. not even the first
