Why would you take Lugol? It is not a chelator. This is like the people who say chlorella is a chelator while basic chemistry would tell you that a single thiol can't chelate mercury. It isn't a chelator.
Selenomethionine is the form of selenium you want to be taking, not SeMSC.
Also why the IP6? There is no need for it.
If you are chelating heavy metals all you need is ALA(DMPS,DMSA optional) and a few supplements(C,E,Zinc,Mg,Fish/flax oil).
