Hi,I also developed a urinary tract infection on day 9 of The Master Cleanse diet. I followed it exactly except for the saltwater flushes - I managed it twice then couldn't hack it anymore. I did lose 12lbs in the 8 days I did it and felt fine but started feeling unwell on day 9 with back ache & cystitis like symptoms, so had to stop it and take Antibiotics . Before your post I couldn't find anything on it as it seems unusual, infact the mastercleanse is actually recommended as a cure for UTI's.
