Lugol's Iodine is powerful heavy metal mobilizer. It dumps the mercury and some metals into the blood. Use Lugol to replenish your body needs for Iodine.

I supplemented 8 months with Lugol and feel all its benefits but the chelation with ALA is the most efficient way to excrete mercury.

I recommend you to chelate with ALA and antioxidants for 4-5 months according to your health.

If you want to be healthy till the end of your life you have to clean the mercury and supplement with Iodine at least. It's not obligatory to be at the same time.
