I don't know your condition well but in the past when I've dealt with this.....

1) drink more water
2) move your body and do some kind of exercise
3) coffee enema or regular enema
4) EFT
5) Hot/cold shower
6) deep breathing


..sorry you feel like this... :( .. times sure can get tough :(
