I am highly frustrated

well it seems as if I am danged if I do and danged if I dont !

I have been on juices all day today and 3 doses of IF#1 and #2 castor oil pack 2hrs with heat this evening

well my side/back pain has now come back with a vengence after the 2nd dose !!!!

I had previously mentioned that when I was on Vit d a few months back ..after only a few doses of it the pain went away and stayed away

how can I cleanse and keep my pain away ? how do I get my vitamin d level up naturally now ?

I dont wanna take supplements but I just cannot stand the pain!

at the same time the vit d supplement upset my stomach so bad over time so I cannot take this daily anymore anyways

I need a solution ..I really need to be outta pain right now !

I cant cleanse like this ..I just cant

can anyone help me come up with a solution

I am just at my wits end here with this
