When I was taking the recommended 5,000 IU daily of vitamin D (supposedly this is that actual amount needed by the body, not 400 IU) and taking about 50mg of Iodine from Lugol's daily my tsh was almost non-existent but my T4 and T3 were normal.
Not entirely sure what that meant. This was back in August. I do know that it indicates extremely hyperthyroid if you're going by the allopathic book, but who knows really.
