O....Yours is an interesting story. I admire you for coming so far. Would you like to do even better? Silly question, you may say. But once we get in our 'comfort zone', it's difficult to break Free. We can all become better...Much Better. The Key is to find some Purpose in Life, if only self-satisfaction.
I find it helps to have a specific Reason for fasting in order to fast. My Back Pain is saying "Fast...Fast...Fast". The question is....will I listen?.....WY
