Personally I would do juice fasting during pregnancy just for a few days only, because the fetus probably needs a lot of nutrients. Water Fasting is really hard on the body, you don't want to hurt a developing fetus.
But if you google "fasting pregnancy" you will get a lot of articles that will answer your question.
