Ok ..is there a consensus here about the benefits of the
bio identical hormones?

I have low adrenal function genetic, also endocrine imbalance since puberty.......now at menopause feel more like 70 than 50!!

Which methods seem to have the best outcome for improved hormone levels please?

Whta people also need to understand is that one has to go very slowly with detoxing if you have low energy, because detoxing needs the bodies energies, so please I need to build my hormones first!
