ahh, and the best part is the baths.

epsome salt, nice long hot soaks.

if you can get some New Hope 2 soap... its lovely.
you can putit on your face, or all over your bod,
and leave it on to dry... I turn the heat on in the
bathroom and do some exercise, prayer, etc. Easy to
just put it on the face also, and its like a beauty
mask except the critters don't like it...

another good one is burt's bees citrus face wash,
it helps get the larvae out of the skin as well....

new hope 2 is awesome.
