Just a quick FYI.....

I have been on the complete program with my cod liver oil.

Last month, as per my previous posts here, I had a strange period that lasted longer than normal. Longer than normal but pain free, might I add.

I decided to give my body a "break" and just took the companion but did NOT take cod liver oil or iodine.

Result: BIG MISTAKE!!!!! Period was horrendous with cramping like I was giving birth. Worst pain, up all night with pain, big clots, just horrible.

Learned my lesson big time. I will continue the course and UP the Iodine and never forget the cod liver oil!
