Sea salt or Himalayan salt are great for me.
Dextrose in salt makes me feel sick. This is happening when my total load is very high. This happens mostly when I am under die-off and take antifungals. If it happens when I am not taking antifungals and die-off is not at play it means that my fungal infection is bad. This reaction to dextrose and Sugar is an hypersensitivity reaction due to mycotoxins that makes your total load too high.
