Hi everyone, my wife bought me an organic suppplement and it sounds like the effects would really help while the body is in the fasting state. I've already been fasting 12hours and plan for an extended 2 month fast.

My question is:

-I know its not recommended but can it actually harm me to take this supplement?

-Will it help me lose more weight? I have approximately 50lbs to lose.

One last thing.. is the prickly pear cactus really good to help you lose weight? I haven't lose anything yet and it seems like it might not be working yet.. :(
