I meant to cross-post this here, as well. It's the 'book' I would share with friends and family; anyone who has questions and/or feels in the dark. (edit:) Let's hope we never *really* need it--still, the fundamentals are good practise generally( and I'll bet many in Japan might benefit from getting a hold of a copy...)Kelp, Bentonite clays, nutrient-dense plant-based diets, miso, cultured veg. are all a part of the home 'pharmacy' as I see it.
