Once I complete a fasting day, then I'll post about it.

but yeah, it's hard for me, cause I grew up wild with very little food and so when I have no food, I go into this "survival" mode, where I look for anything I can eat. My mind comes up with all kinds of rationalizations of why I should eat.
I threw out anything good in my house, and I am eating mustard. Mustard!
I really want to do a long fast, my body could really use the "healing".

Once I do it and it's done, I'll let all my fans here know.
