I agree - I already have taken a break and will continue the break for a while yet. the reason for the IP6 is to rid myself of any other build up/burdon and as it acts as a metal detox and cleanse that people (esp men) would benefit from anyway esp I would think if chelating. Im also planning to do other forms of detox too though as you sugest but not all just yet - just taking it easy on the protocols at the moment

Question about Hulda Clark es kidney cleanse ingredients - Any idea why mag oxide is suggested in the ingredients as opposed to other forms?
