I have only done this and one coffee enema before (that was following my last gb/liver flush). I am on day 3 of the colosan and have terrible side pain like I need a gb flush. Anyone know how long after doing colosan do I need to wait to do a gb flush? I am going to do only one dose today instead of 2 because I seem to get very foggy and lightheaded after the second dose in the afternoon. I have 2 small kids to care for so that isnt a good place to be :) Can I do coffee enemas instead of colosan? I need a Colon Cleanse but this is really hard on my sensitive body for some reason. I am not in an area that offers colonics.

Also I was wondering how similar colosan is to espom salt chemically? Anyone?
